Grady worked in the construction industry from an early age and developed the skills to recognize quality craftsmanship through a hands on approach that he still believes in. Upon pursuing a fifteen year career in law enforcement Grady developed management skills that led to multiple promotions. Following a career change, Grady obtained his general contractor license and got back to focusing on helping customers by building quality homes in the mountains of northwest North Carolina.
